Curious Sunshine virtual escape room is a gamification of our playful wellness workshop, going through our uniquely curated process, the Curious Sunshine Method. This interactive virtual escape room reimagines personal growth as an adventure. Through an engaging storyline, players will solve puzzles, navigate challenges, and set meaningful goals—all while exploring a uniquely designed process that blends play, wellness, and self-discovery. Designed for flexibility, this experience allows you to progress at your own pace, making learning both fun and impactful.
The Curious Sunshine Method is a uniquely curated process that helps us heal through discovering our joy, liberation and authenticity. This process follows a path using three main points: mindfulness, curiosity and play to gently guide us to bringing more magic in all aspects of our lives.
An escape room is typically a real-life game where you and a group solve puzzles and find clues to “escape” from a themed room before time runs out. It’s all about teamwork, problem-solving, and adventure.
A virtual escape room takes that same idea and brings it online. You move through digital scenes, solve interactive challenges, and unlock new parts of the story—all from your own device.
Not quite! While it has puzzle elements and a narrative flow, it’s more introspective and intentionally designed to guide personal growth. Think of it as an interactive journey where you “escape” from limiting beliefs and outdated goals as well!
Not at all! Whether you are new to mindfulness or have never done an escape room before, there are plenty of tools to help you along the way!
Perfect! This was made for you, too! This isn’t about being silly (unless you want to be), it’s about unlocking imagination, curiosity, and freedom. Play is a mindset, and this journey helps you rediscover it in a way that feels authentic.
You can move at your own pace, but most people finish the experience in 1–2 hours. You can also pause and return anytime. It’s designed to fit into real life, not overwhelm it.
Yes! After you finish the game and you want to dive deeper, you can schedule a 1:1 coaching session(s) with Curious Sunshine to discuss further
